Night fishing
the pier is colsed at night because the city cant afford to keep it open. but the pier has lights all around it that would make fishing it by boat at night very easy and who knows the trout may be there. but with this wind i wouldnt test the lake.

From what i have been told the new pier closes at dark. No lights on the pier yet.
