Venice Flounder!!!
I fished last Friday with Tom Hayden and crew. We managed a limit of reds but the flounder were the highlight of the day. We found a spot where they were laid up feeding on the edge of a cut on a sloped drop off. Once one of the guys located them they went after them working out about twenty nice flounder over about an hour period. We missed quite a few and had a couple get off at the boat but they managed to get their share. We made a few more moves picked up more reds and five more flounder to end the day with 25 flounder and a limit of nice eating size reds. The action down in Venice has been solid even in the wind.
